A selected proof portfolio of operations, public service, data systems, events, communications, governance, emergency support, and community impact.
A resume compresses decades of work into a handful of bullets. This opens the second door: actual artifacts, reconstructed workflows, verified public evidence, and short explanations of what the work required.
Proof standard: actual work products are labeled as such. Reconstructed examples are clearly marked. Sensitive data is excluded.
The title “Assessment Coordinator” hides a large operating system: statutory calendars, parcel and unit records, credits and exemptions, billing controls, corrections, certifications, and cross-office coordination.
Maintaining and reconciling large datasets; researching parcel and ownership discrepancies; tracking credits, refunds and exemptions; calculating CPI and fuel adjustments; reviewing invoices and revenue; preparing recurring reports; and meeting fixed annual certification deadlines.
Problem: Volunteer records included both regular participants and people completing community-service requirements.
Action: Query by category, create a clean subgroup, and generate required service letters as a batch.
Demonstrates: Data segmentation, workflow design, records accuracy, practical automation.
Separate contacts by role or interest, then create targeted query groups for appropriate mass communication. The value is not the button-clicking. It is understanding the structure well enough to build and explain the workflow.
Approximately 63,000 parcels, 68,000 collection units, 70,000+ disposal assessments, and an $18.2 million annual public program.
Large public events were data, communications, safety, supplies, site capacity, volunteers, sponsors, media, radio coordination, hospitality, and a hard event date that did not move.
This public information piece explains the cleanup, event time, what volunteers should bring, community donation requests, and check-in locations. It names Tania as the County coordinator.
Behind the page: registrations were tracked and sorted by selected check-in location, and site-specific attendee lists were generated for site captains.
Operational layers: volunteer recruitment, registration, site assignment, safety review, sponsor coordination, print materials, supplies, amateur-radio coverage, donation collections, hospitality and outcome reporting.
Media releases, fact sheets, brochures, newsletters, posters, displays, volunteer materials, signage, educational activities, public-awareness campaigns, Board materials, presentations and recurring reports.
Researched, wrote and submitted a community-program grant application that received funding. Public evidence also confirms Keep Clay Beautiful was selected in 2012 for a Waste Management / Keep America Beautiful Think Green Community Improvement Grant.
The resume says what I did. The proof portfolio says: here, look.

The resume remains complete without scanning anything. The QR is a bonus door, never a dependency.
This is not a scrapbook. It is evidence with context.
